Cherry Batugo- Nadunza

Cherry is a seasoned and multi-disciplinary professional with over two decades of experience across education, engineering, business process improvement, and real estate.
In 2004, Cherry began her career as a College Instructor in Science and Mathematics for five(5) years at Northwestern University;
In 2008, Cherry served a decade of her profession as Chemical Engineer with the following designations at Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc., a world-class beverage company; three (5) years Quality Assurance Specialist, with pecial assignment as Food Safety Team Lead , Pollution Control Officer and as Environmental Manaagement Specialist. And another five (5) yeras as Production-Process Supervisor with special assigment as Process Development Specialist. Then, graduated in Master in Science major in Management Engineering at Northwestern University.
In 2018, with her skill in effiency and strategic activities in Project Management, she was then offered a positon as Business Excellence and Project Management Specialist at Accenture Philippines, leading BPO industry in the world.
In 2022, she transitioned her career into real estate where she quickly advanced through formal education and licensure to become a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser ; also she graduated Executive Diploma Program in Real Estate Management from the College of Saint Benilde – De La Salle University; earned her designation as a Certified Real Estate Practitioner from the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA); an active member of the Philippine Association of Realty Appraisers, Inc. (PARA). Cherry holds international credentials as an International REALTOR® Member (IRM) of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), USA.Thus, credentials brought BCCS Team to international transactions ane negotiations.
In 2024 to present, Cherry was appointed as President of the National Real Estate Association (NREA) – Ilocos Chapter and 2025 Assistant Vice Chairman of NREA North Luzon; achieved international certificates as CRS Certified Residential Specialist and CIPS Certified International Specialist ; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification at College of Saint Benilde – De La Salle University

Seychelle is a graduate of International Business from Southville Foreign University, where she built a strong foundation in global commerce and business practices. Her career in real estate began in 2018 as a Salesperson, marking the start of her journey in the industry.
In 2023, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management, further solidifying her expertise. Today, Seychelle holds multiple professional credentials: she is a Licensed Broker, Licensed Appraiser, and an International Realtor Member of the National Association of Realtors (USA). Also,a CRS Certified Residential Specialist, CIPS Certified International Property Specialist and a CCREP, Certifified CREBA Real Estate Practitioner.
Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her completion of the Executive Diploma Program in Real Estate Management at De La Salle–College of St. Benilde, and in 2024, she earned recognition as a CREBA Certified Real Estate Practitioner.

Gerald Diza
Gerald is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, equipped with a strong academic foundation in healthcare and organizational practices. While his initial training was in nursing, he successfully transitioned into the construction industry, serving as an Inventory and Safety Officer. In this role, he managed workplace safety protocols, monitored supplies, and ensured compliance with operational standards—demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail.
Juvy Lyn Butay
Juvy Lyn is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Management, where she built a strong foundation in business operations and organizational practices. She gained diverse professional experience in the construction industry, serving as a Rental Staff, Secretary, and Purchaser, roles that strengthened her skills in administration, procurement, and client relations.
Her career advanced when she joined BCCS Realty and Property Management Company, where she applies her management expertise to real estate and property operations. Juvy Lyn also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, reflecting her commitment to process improvement, efficiency, and quality management.
With her combination of academic knowledge, industry experience, and professional certification, Juvy Lyn is a versatile and results-driven professional capable of contributing to both business and real estate management environments.
Ariane Ancheta
Ari is a graduate of Automotive Servicing NCII, equipped with strong technical skills in vehicle maintenance and repair. He has gained extensive experience working as a Branch Mechanic for several motorcycle dealers in the province, where he developed expertise in diagnostics, servicing, and customer support.
Beyond his technical career, Ari is grateful to have become part of BCCS Realty and Property Management, where he continues to enjoy valuable opportunities and professional learnings. Renzhon Paul Sacro
Renzhon is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Northern Philippines, where he gained practical expertise in programming, networking, database management, and system troubleshooting. His academic journey was enriched by hands-on projects that strengthened his technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
After completing his degree, Renzhon expanded his professional experience as a Front Desk Officer at RF Aniceto Mansion, where he managed guest relations, coordinated reservations, and supported front office operations. This role enhanced his communication, customer service, and organizational abilities, complementing his technical background.
