Cherry Batugo- Nadunza

Cherry is a seasoned, multidisciplinary professional with over 20 years of experience spanning education, engineering, business process improvement, and real estate.
She began her career in 2004 as a College Instructor in Science and Mathematics at Northwestern University. In 2008, she joined Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc., serving for a decade in key roles including Quality Assurance Specialist, Food Safety Team Lead, Pollution Control Officer, Environmental Management Specialist, Process Development Specialist and later as Production–Process Supervisor. During this time, she earned her Master of Science in Management Engineering.
In 2018, Cherry transitioned into Process Improvement as a Business Excellence and Project Management Specialist at Accenture Philippines.
In 2023, she entered the real estate industry and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser. She also completed the Executive Diploma in Real Estate Management at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde, earned her Certified Real Estate Practitioner designation from Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association and holds international credentials as an International REALTOR® Member (NAR, USA), enabling international transactions and negotiations.
In 2024, Cherry was appointed by the National Real Estate Association as the Founding President of NREA – Ilocos Chapter and in 2025 to preesent, she is assigned as Assistant Vice Chairman of NREA North Luzon. She also holds Certified Residential Specialist ( CRS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) certifications and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Her combined technical expertise, strategic leadership, and strong professional values make her a trusted advisor and respected leader in real estate, engineering, and environmental management.

Seychelle is a real estate professional with a strong academic background and extensive industry credentials. She holds a degree in International Business from Southville Foreign University and began her real estate career in 2018 as a Salesperson.
In 2023, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser, an International REALTOR® Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (USA), a CRS Certified Residential Specialist, a CIPS Certified International Property Specialist, and a Certified CREBA Real Estate Practitioner (CCREP).
Seychelle also completed the Executive Diploma Program in Real Estate Management at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde. With her solid education, professional certifications, and hands-on experience, she is committed to delivering excellence and value in every real estate transaction.
Gerald Diza
Gerald is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, equipped with a strong academic foundation in healthcare and organizational practices. While his initial training was in nursing, he successfully transitioned into the construction industry, serving as an Inventory and Safety Officer. In this role, he managed workplace safety protocols, monitored supplies, and ensured compliance with operational standards—demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail.
Juvy Lyn Butay
Juvy Lyn is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Management, where she built a strong foundation in business operations and organizational practices. She gained diverse professional experience in the construction industry, serving as a Rental Staff, Secretary, and Purchaser, roles that strengthened her skills in administration, procurement, and client relations.
Her career advanced when she joined BCCS Realty and Property Management Company, where she applies her management expertise to real estate and property operations. Juvy Lyn also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, reflecting her commitment to process improvement, efficiency, and quality management.

Ariane Ancheta
Ari is a graduate of Automotive Servicing NCII, equipped with strong technical skills in vehicle maintenance and repair. He has gained extensive experience working as a Branch Mechanic for several motorcycle dealers in the province, where he developed expertise in diagnostics, servicing, and customer support.

Renzhon Paul Sacro
Renzhon is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Northern Philippines, where he gained practical expertise in programming, networking, database management, and system troubleshooting. His academic journey was enriched by hands-on projects that strengthened his technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
After completing his degree, Renzhon expanded his professional experience as a Front Desk Officer at RF Aniceto Mansion, where he managed guest relations, coordinated reservations, and supported front office operations.
