BCCS Realty and Property Management supported the Y2K Vibes Holy Spirit Academy of Laoag Grand Alumni Homecoming held on December 27, 2025, an event where alumni reconnected, reminisced, and celebrated the music and memories of the 2000s in a lively and nostalgic atmosphere, honoring the spirit and legacy of HSAL while fostering strong community connections and contributing to a memorable gathering that brought together friends, classmates, and fellow alumni for a truly unforgettable celebration. 

A celebration was held as a tribute to the hard work, dedication, and milestones achieved, where every challenge was conquered, every milestone was reached, and every dream was transformed into reality, serving as a testament to collective strength, resilience, and vision. 

BCCS Realty and Property Management team attended the Pag-IBIG Fund orientation to better understand the benefits, opportunities, and privileges of membership, including savings programs, housing loan options, contribution maximization, updates, and important reminders, gaining valuable insights that support financial awareness and housing goals for employees, new members, and individuals seeking to make the most of their Pag-IBIG membership.

BCCS Realty and Property Management team proudly attended the groundbreaking ceremony for two bungalow houses, marking another milestone in helping families achieve their dream homes, where Father Neil led the blessing and offered prayers for safety, success, and abundance as construction officially began, reflecting the team’s continued commitment to turning real estate goals into reality. 

BCCS Realty and Property Management team proudly attended the Hospitality Management MICE Convention held at Divine Word College of Laoag, an inspiring event filled with learning, collaboration, and new opportunities in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), and expressed gratitude for the institution’s effort in hosting a valuable convention that supported industry growth and student advancement, while looking forward to future partnerships and engagements. 

The NREA Ilocos Norte officers, members, volunteers, and partners were sincerely thanked for their time, effort, and unwavering dedication, while the community of Dibua was appreciated for warmly welcoming everyone with open hearts and genuine hospitality, with recognition given to all who contributed even in small acts of kindness, in the hope that they continue to be a light and inspiration in the lives of others. 

For three consecutive years, they had joined the Year-End Thanksgiving at Geodetic NU Mateo, and BCCS Realty and Property Management together with BCCS Consultancy sincerely expressed gratitude for the continued support and trust given to the team.

The Balikbayan Night at the Bac-Bacarra Festival, held on December 1, 2025 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the PCV Auditorium, celebrated the heritage, pride, and treasured memories of the Bacarreño community, where Bacarra—long known as the “Balikbayan Town of the North” and the “Hometown of Great Homes”—highlighted its identity as a municipality rich in culture and overseas connections, and it was a delight for BCCS Realty and Property Management to reconnect with distinguished balikbayans from Bacarra, while the event at PCV Auditorium became a meaningful gathering that inspired the team to look forward to assisting them further with their real estate needs, strengthened by their warmth, spirit, and joyful presence. 

At the DWCL Hospitality Management MICE Convention held in October 2025, BCCS Realty and Property Management set up a booth to engage with students and young professionals, where the team expressed its belief in empowering the next generation and shared its commitment to guiding future professionals, and it reflected on how, during student life, most were taught to study, find jobs, and earn income without being properly introduced to investment and passive income, and as part of its mission and vision, the office worked to enlighten young individuals on how real estate can transform their lives while looking forward to seeing and reconnecting with them in the coming years, emphasizing that it was never too early to start investing since beginning young provided a strong advantage and every step taken today brought one closer to the future they dreamed of. 

On November 22, 2025, BCCS Realty & Property Management proudly joined the Bacarra National Comprehensive High School Grand Alumni Homecoming, a celebration filled with nostalgia, unity, and community spirit, where the team expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who visited and stopped by the BCCS booth, as their warm smiles, meaningful conversations, and appreciation made the event truly memorable, and it was a privilege to participate in this special gathering and reconnect with Bacarra National Comprehensive High School alumni from various batches, strengthening community ties, fostering meaningful partnerships, and continuing dedicated service to fellow Ilocanos.
