Being part of this delegation is both a privilege and a testament to the growing presence, credibility, and influence of Filipino real estate professionals in the worldwide arena.

Our very own Ms. Cherry Batugo, BCCS Realty and Property Management Head and NREA National Assistant Vice Chairman for North Luzon, together with the NREA National Officers and Honorable Ofelia C. Binag, the esteemed Chairperson of the Philippine Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) proudly joined the official announcement of the NREA Isabela Chapter—a province rich in natural beauty, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality.

Conveying high gratitude to a great leader, Ms. Cherry Batugo , the Managing Head Broker of BCCS Realty and Property Management as one of the graduates who completed the Real Estate Advanced Practices and now designated as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest credential awarded to realtors and brokers who have met the  following Professional Affiliation requirements: Member in good standing of the Residential Real Estate Council and Member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®
