A proud and momentous milestone was achieved for BCCS Realty and Property Management and for Northern Luzon, as Cherry Batugo-Nadunza honored the organization by representing BCCS Realty and Property Management as one of the sixteen esteemed Philippine delegates selected through CREBA to participate in the prestigious NVAR Forum held in Fairfax in November 2025, where the international forum served as a platform for global collaboration, knowledge exchange, and strengthening of real estate practices across nations, and the participation of the delegation was recognized as both a privilege and a testament to the growing presence, credibility, and influence of Filipino real estate professionals in the global arena.

On September 6, 2025, at the TESDA Function Hall in the City of Ilagan, the BCCS Realty Head proudly joined the launch of the NREA Isabela Chapter, where Cherry Batugo, Head of BCCS Realty and Property Management and NREA National Assistant Vice Chairman for North Luzon, together with NREA National Officers and Honorable Ofelia Binag, proudly took part in the official announcement of the chapter, highlighting Isabela as a province rich in natural beauty, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality.

High gratitude was conveyed to a great leader, Cherry Batugo, Managing Head Broker of BCCS Realty and Property Management, as she was recognized as one of the graduates who completed the Real Estate Advanced Practices program and was designated as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest credential awarded to realtors and brokers who had met the required professional affiliation standards, including being a member in good standing of the Residential Real Estate Council and the National Association of REALTORS®.
