Brokers from BCCS Realty and Property Management recently participated in a Foreclosure Training held at the 31st Floor of One San Miguel Building in Pasig City, where they strengthened their knowledge and skills in foreclosure investments to better serve clients. The training equipped the team to assist clients interested in participating in foreclosure auctions across the Philippines in the coming months and also provided the opportunity to connect with Mr. Noli, a fellow Realtor and CREBA member specializing in foreclosed properties nationwide. 

It was not only about the event but also about the meaningful lessons gained, which strengthened goal-setting, fostered a growth mindset, and supported continuous personal development. The BCCS Realty and Property Management Team expressed its sincere gratitude to VISTA LAND for the invitation to the SANDIWA Sales Conference held in Las Piñas City near Villar City at Brittany Palazzo, and also appreciated the opportunity to bring newly accredited salespersons to the event, making it an inspiring, valuable, and memorable experience for everyone involved. 

It was a Boracay vacation for the 2024 SMDC Top Performers, a well-deserved reward celebrating excellence and dedication, where Honored were Ms. Dahna Shane Gagala, Ms. Jennina Paz, Mr. Rei Karlo Ramos, and Ms. Beverly Joy Padua, together with Head Broker Ms. Cherry Batugo-Nadunza, marking a milestone of hard work and achievement, while BCCS Realty and Property Management extended heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Floi, Ms. Ning, and Ms. Apple of SMDC for making this meaningful recognition possible and for continuously supporting the team’s growth and success. 

Through the kindness of our donors and sponsors, the outreach program successfully reached 50 children and 50 families, providing simple gifts, grocery packs, slippers, and other essentials that brought smiles, warmth, and renewed hope to the community. The mission of sharing continues as preparations are underway for the next gift-giving activity on October 31, which will also serve another 50 children and 50 families, alongside a House Renovation Program where the selected family and home for improvement and restoration will soon be announced.

Brokers, appraisers, and realtors of BCCS Realty and Property Management actively joined the annual national convention of CREBA held at the Grand Ballroom of Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort in Clark Freeport Zone, with the theme “Philippine Real Estate and Housing: Navigating the Next Decade.” The participation served as an opportunity to gain new insights, explore emerging industry trends, and identify greater opportunities for expanding horizons in delivering quality real estate services to clients globally.

Privileged to meet Ms. Vicky Silvano, the Philippine Global Ambassador of NAR, America’s largest trade association representing over 1.5 million members across the residential and commercial real estate industries worldwide. 

To acquire knowledge, one must learn, and to acquire wisdom, one must observe. At the NREA-DHSUD National Convention 2024 held at Makati Sports Club, participants gathered to gain insights, deepen understanding, and strengthen professional growth within the real estate industry.

At the 86th PIChE National Convention of the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers held from 10–13 September 2025 at the SMX Convention Center Davao in Davao del Sur, Cherry Batugo represented BCCS Consultancy as it expanded into Chemical Engineering Services, including wastewater design, environmental compliance, and food safety management. The convention, themed “Collaborate, Innovate, and Transform: Chemical Engineering for Sustainable Progress,” highlighted the importance of teamwork and innovation in advancing sustainable development in the country.

Ms. Cherry Batugo-Nadunza and Ms. Seychelle Chua, real estate practitioners of BCCS Realty and Property Management, attended the Third PFRESPI ASEAN Real Estate Summit held in General Santos City, an event gathering top professionals across ASEAN committed to excellence in real estate. This participation reflected the team’s continued dedication to growth, learning, and contributing to the advancement of higher standards in the real estate industry across Asia.

The Orientation for Aspiring BCCS Realty and Property Management Salespersons was held on October 18, 2025 at the BCCS Consultancy Office at 9:00 AM with free registration and limited slots, where aspiring individuals who were hardworking, persistent, and consistent took part in an opportunity that encouraged them to begin a career in real estate and pursue financial freedom, while the session was led and mentored by Managing Head Ms. Cherry Batugo-Sahagun, a Chemical Engineer, Broker, Appraiser, and multi-credentialed real estate professional affiliated with organizations such as NREA and CREBA, marking a meaningful step for all participants who joined the growing team.

BCCS Realty and Property Management Head, Ms. Cherry Batugo-Nadunza, joined the launch of the NREA Isabela Chapter held on September 6, 2025 at the TESDA Function Hall Ilagan in City of Ilagan, together with the NREA National Officers and Honorable Ofelia C. Binag, Chairperson of the PRBRES, marking a significant milestone for a province known for its natural beauty, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality, alongside National President Atty. Amador, VP for Chapters Ms. Zeny, National Auditor Ms. Johanna, and Vice Chairman for North Luzon Mr. Dave, in support of strengthening the real estate profession in the region. 

BCCS Realty and Property Management joined VISTA LAND in celebrating the grand unveiling of Cascadia by Vista Estates, a Spanish-inspired master-planned community in San Fernando City, Pampanga, where the name “Cascadia” is derived from the Catalan words casco, meaning shard, and Gaia, meaning the living earth, reflecting a vision that unites innovation, culture, and environment into a cohesive and sustainable community designed to honor provincial heritage while embracing the aspirations of modern Kapampangan investors and homebuyers. 

BCCS Realty and Property Management, as an accredited brokerage firm of Megaworld Corporation, offered opportunities for investors seeking ideal Airbnb-friendly properties in the northern Philippines, encouraging the creation of passive income in Ilocandia through upcoming developments. One of the soon-to-be-launched projects is Ilocandia Coastown, a 84-hectare premier township located in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, featuring Spanish-colonial architectural design, a coastal setting with sea breeze, and a vision to deliver a world-class lifestyle experience that blends cultural heritage with modern development in Megaworld’s expansion in Northern Luzon. 

BCCS Realty and Property Management held the SMDC Project Launch last February 17, 2024 and, despite the remaining days of the month, the team successfully achieved first rank nationally in sales performance.
