BCCS had the privilege of meeting Ms. Vicky Silvano, the Philippine Global Ambassador of NAR – National Association of REALTORS®, America’s largest trade association representing over 1.5 million members and engaged in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries worldwide. 

Just like many others starting in the field, Cherry Batugo began her real estate journey as a beginner, yet remains forever grateful for the guidance and strength that have allowed her to navigate this career. Recently, she had the honor of speaking at Trimex Colleges – College of Business Administration, Real Estate Management, addressing over 130 onsite and 450 online participants on the topic “Launching a Thriving Realty Business: A Guide for Newcomers and Career Pathways in Real Estate.”

Despite having just over a year of experience as a licensed Broker and Appraiser, Cherry’s expertise and insights were trusted by many. She expressed her gratitude to Trimex College, Prof. Maureen Cao, and Prof. Jane Rafael for the invitation. Through BCCS Realty and Property Management, a small yet dedicated realty business in Ilocos Norte, Cherry continues her advocacy of helping fellow Filipinos achieve their dreams of owning real estate.

This prestigious credential, the highest awarded to managers, brokers, and realtors, recognizes membership in good standing with both the Residential Real Estate Council and the National Association of REALTORS® in the United States.

After a year of dreaming, Cherry Batugo proudly stood before the iconic International REALTORS® logo at the NAR – National Association of Realtors® event in Boston, representing BCCS Realty and Property Management. She was honored to be among the Philippine delegates given the opportunity to learn about global platforms and the latest developments in the international real estate industry.

Cherry expresses her heartfelt gratitude to BCCS Realty’s clients, family, friends, staff, and salespersons, whose trust and support made this achievement possible. Her journey—four years as a salesperson and one year as a licensed broker and appraiser—has been challenging yet rewarding, now opening doors to explore real estate opportunities on a global scale.

Cherry Batugo attended the 18th Global Real Estate Summit at Fordham University Lincoln Center in New York, joining seasoned delegates from around the world. She expressed excitement and gratitude for the knowledge gained, which she hopes to apply in her own market.
