BCCS Realty and Property Management celebrated this milestone with Cherry Batugo, a Licensed Chemical Engineer and now a Licensed Real Estate Broker, recognizing her achievement as another significant step in her professional journey and honoring her dedication and continued excellence in the field.

A tough yet fulfilling year was experienced, where it was emphasized that there was no limitation to what could be achieved as long as belief in oneself remained strong, and the oathtaking for Real Estate Appraisers was held at Manila Hotel in Metro Manila, marking an official milestone as BCCS Realty and Property Management formally began accepting Real Estate Appraisal Services.

We never doubted her from the start, and another milestone was celebrated for a woman of mission, humility, and passion—Ms. Cherry Batugo, a Licensed Chemical Engineer, Master of Science in Management Engineering graduate, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practitioner, Licensed Real Estate Broker, and now a proud graduate of the Executive Diploma Program in Real Estate Management from De La Salle College of St. Benilde School of Professional and Continuing Education; the entire BCCS Consultancy family expressed excitement for more local and international projects and clients to come and shared how proud they have always been of her achievements.

Congratulations to Ms. Summer Chua—a woman of simplicity, determination, and courage—who first completed the International Business Course and has now achieved even greater milestones by earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management, an Executive Diploma Program in Real Estate Management, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Practitioner certification. The entire BCCS Family is truly proud of her remarkable accomplishments.
